We base each quote on the details of your event according to the information entered on the inquiry form, but here are some commonly asked questions and the 'why's' of the behind-the-scenes!
"How many faces can be done in an hour?"
Based on the event details you enter on the Inquiry Form, we provide the best options to fit your needs!
Standard Designs, typically done at Birthday Parties (full face or more elaborate designs) range from 12-15 faces per hour. Quick Designs, like those at larger events and schools, range from 25 - 30 faces per hour. Many factors influence these numbers, such as the time it takes for each person to choose their face paint, requested/themed designs, and if there are multiple painters. The client gets to choose the specifics on what we do.
Of course, if you're unsure of what your event will require, simply fill out the Inquiry Form with the event details and we will automatically send you options to best fit your event!
"Can I get your price, what is your rate?"

We determine the price based on ALL of the following event details as a whole; mileage (only if applicable), time frame needed, number of faces to be painted, peak/holiday dates, add-ons, and the number of painters needed.
Discounts are applied to events that require 3 hours and up, for booking multiple painters, and for our repeat & eligible referral clients!*

We are insured, as all professional face painters are, so we can provide our certificate of insurance and W9 for corporate clients' events upon request whenever needed! We can even add an additional insured on our policy for a small fee, to be included on the invoice.
"Do you provide your own supplies?"
This may seem like a silly question to some but it is a real question.. and the answer is, Yes! All professional face painters you book should provide their own supplies! We are insured and only use the best, high-quality, professional, and hypoallergenic face paints approved in our industry.
For public festivals and outdoor corporate events, the client provides the necessary set up to fit the event and weather; to include a tent, tent weights, tables, and chairs wherever they would like us working. We bring our own supplies!
For private events, like birthday parties and others, we only require the use of a 3x3 table space and 2 chairs wherever you would like your artist!
(Arrangements can be made upon inquiry for a small fee. The quote received is discounted to accommodate the client having a set up area prepared.)
